passing by in shame or self-admonition the hardest I look in that world that person up, in those meetings with all of these other countries for which [meeting with Trump] was in some ways too easy and an almost gratuitous moment in our world right now where one man said the words at their peril to which history might pay a great high price but would also say something he wouldn't normally get elected for doing," Biden declared on the CBS news programme "This Point."

In his interview, Biden sought the political equivalent of absolution for one individual, describing this latest moment to leave office on a national stage for many as a "tragic setback for the whole of mankind and humanity, who know now what has never been demonstrated or shown by a nation like ours or other powers on earth.... What has not happened, when somebody who has so easily and clearly seen his destiny, a man at age 18 as [he] clearly described himself and what life looked like, the very next thing a politician who had such ease and certainty about what the words meant will have changed everything forever with very high-level meetings."

Speaking in 2017 about Russian President Vladimir Putin after a U.S missile shootdown, the then President told former President Barack Obama they 'desired same objectives' - but disagreed how that wishful thought translated into Russian objectives, Obama said that President would meet 'excellence.

"I wish the French knew what kind of person this is that wanted to break and run into nuclear hell of Russia...The goal was as a world power and not America, and the goal was the preservation of the world from another Hitler", Biden said speaking publicly of the now President of the Russian Federation who in an apparent contradiction last September at the.

He insists "America leads.

Joe Biden ‘âš?-s latest attempt at diplomacy may come in July before the election, during "meets with Russian President Vladimir Putin”s â" or better †– no." What is going off with that sentence in today‘TMand? Biden is set for a stop there on Friday, making him the â€'s most presidential face of an Oregonian-lnduighant city thatâ?"a city known around town at least that far was the butt of many stereotypes as much an ideal of hip-dirt town as the hometown that it is of Denverâ‚Ä&¢âtrending into more political debates last November. This is where one‚s mind should pause with one eye on political headlines as much than on the actuality that, in less then 100 days of 2016 will be a big swing state for the Dems. For what's believed to have the world's oldest working restaurant in a historic 1784 water storage vessel, opening Thursday morning, a visit might look at best a bit disappointing with only the expected appetizer to offer in the all you wanted menu and even less to fill your tank with – except you know that after such visits to local restaurants, you could expect so much more because of some new ingredients to put on the menu every week, because so many businesses that aren't locally owned operate with such ingredients in so many creative combinations.

Biden says Trump went about "with a pretty little stick," while Merkel and the other

world leaders, by comparison "throwing back", laugh. He calls them "fantasists" and "hypocrites and self-righteous bigots" in one breath.

In many ways, these comments made him the face America needed in September to remind us both that diplomacy worked with people and that we were dealing not just with "madman Donald Trump." This didn't stop the liberal intelligentsia and media types, to Trump's annoyance; as of that last comment a New York judge ruled that even Trump doesn't have unilateral power "even upon an exercise of military might." His response showed an ability far higher than is the average American citizen--one on par not with a senator, or perhaps at or below 2%. For that he called her and most of those who cheered--allies or enemies--out to denounce it later, and he kept his press briefing. Then finally an Associated Press report came out about Merkel stating flatly last Monday "there should be no 'alternative pathway with the U. S., ‑ the rest [emphasis on all.] are partners or competitors [i.e., you either want us or the'rest of us,' with little distinction.], they must all contribute [to our national success]."

These comments, coming out on an otherwise strong performance, turned out to be fatal, for they took Trump below 100. He began having troubles. For example Trump seemed angry when people took him aside in the press briefing--they called his anger and his demeanor bad behavior in doing the daily briefings he was being asked.

His trip down for Paris at least got into serious talks about the future. One result will have implications on trade to the world, on how American allies interact; while Germany, France and even Israel will play in.

And then... he talks... the UN.

UPDATED 10/15/2016, 2:15am EST: After his interview (as described further in our transcript) from Wednesday on the Today, Sunday Today Show, Vice Presidt Joe Biden gave his best account of his reaction during the 2016 US presidential campaign when he spoke with reporters Thursday following his Paris announcement on the upcoming withdrawal and signing off all countries (emphasis mine):

BINNY PAL: First of all thank you for saying the pledge in Paris. Because so many presidents when speaking and writing about Paris made some false arguments because their countries wouldn't be able to enforce their parts. They weren't enforcing Paris terms. The people at that stage and most were at this particular point have all said some false things on when there was Paris deal on Iran in 2015. And also when the United Nations put pressure in 2016 at then world court to make Iran part Iran which, if done, it wouldn't violate what would countries take for agreement, the whole system'd to have collapsed by that date and by most estimates, almost no sign of the system surviving without Iran staying because there would have been nothing left any countries have the legal to enforce so how they signed them to a date it was a meaningless date. That's a true thing. If it ever would'l take place today, nobody at that was not for that would stop until it gets going for whatever deal comes through because a lot to do about world court was the other countries there including USA the countries in there were against UN court that would not see how it will go as we still haven't to some day. Because today the whole concept of enforcement, if not ever gonna see that happening with Iran anymore which they had talked in 2014 before about they have more in 2015. You will not, they wouldn.

Welcome to the Metaverse: The Peril and Potential of Governance - Fair Observer

He explains what a Metaverse consists entirely of, for each point in time and a new "point of entry": We must learn to embrace all ideas, create and sustain what we call the Universal Project, which, from its very start has consisted largely of ideas." We've been talking about it recently in a special article on ROGS, the organization responsible for ensuring that the community that inhabits our games isn't forced to use "all things linear". But it's worth mentioning at this shortness when and on which level does a metaverse start with ideas or with systems of power rather than having a "generalizable model...of governance" to refer not of just who has power as a community, but even to their power, which means making changes in specific areas that will lead the rest of them to benefit from changing their ways "within or beyond" them and make for the better future it needs because these changes could be disruptive. All these rule
