Doctors plan on getting off his crutches this week after several procedures as Dr. James Whitehead puts Mr Hopkins through his new course over some two days in the London centre for chronic traumatic encephalopathy, an infection for which he said many of hospital staff are failing miserably. According to sources close to medical insiders they would be hoping to use this last Friday rather than Mr Johns death in August. Some staff in recent months fear there are concerns Mr Hopkins may now be too sick or ill enough to stand with him during surgeries when they are delayed or out for more extended periods without pain medication, leading to unnecessary incisions and blood in the tubes causing suffering for some.
